Shipping & Tax

All items at our store are being shipped free of charge.
Please specify if the address is a business or residential address accurately. Do not mark “business address” if the address is residential. Inaccurate information may delay your order processing or it may be cancelled completely.
Item will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.
Most of our delivery arrives at our customer in 7-14 business days and some consume up to 20 days for some countries due to customs process. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team on the contact page.
Purchasers will receive a notification for every step of shipping and handling progress through email. Purchasers will also get tracking numbers as soon as their order has been shipped OR customer can find their tracking number upon logging in to our website.
We have a global products supplier & we are delivering the products worldwide. So in some countries, public holidays are not the same. In that case, sometimes product delivery can be delayed.
The client is responsible for all shipping expenses if refused shipments and fees from faulty shipping information.
If your country's customs apply a tax, it will be your responsibility to pay. Our store is responsible for shipping costs only.
