Please provide the email address associated with the order and describe the problem, if possible with photos.

We always strive to respond within 3 days or less!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of purchased items if they are delivered in good condition.

Any orders not received within 8 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship, based on the customer's choice.
